At Shilchar Technologies Ltd., we constantly strive to achieve market leadership and total customer satisfaction through continual improvement in our existing manufacturing process and development of new products according to customer demand. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified company. With our experienced manpower and technical expertise, we deliver quality transformers following systematic procedures during engineering, procurement, production and testing stage. We have a state of the art manufacturing facility to ensure the quality of the product. We use SAP for entire operation from customer enquiry to shipment of transformer. We also use Solid Edge for 3D designing.

Routine Tests as per IS 2026 & IEC 60076

Our products go through a gauntlet of regular Tests & Checks for all parameters as per IS & IEC guidelines to meet the highest quality standards in the industry. We have NABL accredited state-of-the-art testing facilities to carry out different routine, special and type tests as per IS 2026 & IEC 60076. We have an in-house Impulse generator up to 900 kVp with chopping and HV Tester.

Type Tested Transformers

We have type tested over 90 different Transformers from 5 KVA, 1 Phase to 15 MVA, 66 KV Class during last 15 years at government accredited NABL laboratories. We have also successfully conducted lightening impulse test on 5 MVA, 150 KV class transformers.
